Mission: The Foundation’s mission is to promote enhanced awareness, detection and treatment of congenital heart conditions, and also to improve quality of life for children generally.
The Michael H. Ludwig Memorial Foundation has been incorporated and is registered as a public charity. Having received its IRS Determination Letter as a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization, donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible.
